Things Stuart would have had to accomplish in whatever window a person could find in this timeline:

  • Drive 18.5 miles ... at least twice
  • Have an argument with Krystal
  • Fight and struggle and stab her over 80 times
  • Go through the crime scene and clean any traces of himself out of there among all the blood. Eradicate his fingerprints, sweat droplets, hair, epithelials … everything, leaving everyone else’s.
  • Stop somewhere to remove and re-attach two enormous tool boxes out of the back of his truck, which usually takes several people to accomplish (because conflicting eye witness accounts had a tool box in the truck at one point, then reported no tool box)
  • Clean every trace of the murder out from under his fingernails.
  • Clean every trace of the murder out of his truck.
  • Clean every trace of the murder out of his clothing.
  • Heal his hands of all the cuts he should have sustained.
  • Waltz calmly into his wife’s work with no appearance that anything was amiss around the time Krystal’s brother was discovering her body.
